Class routine app
A class routine app that your whole section shares
Open the app and see your next class, room and teacher. When the CR cancels, moves or changes a class, you hear about it at once.
Get it on Google Play
Everything about your day, in one place
VarsityKotha replaces the routine screenshot in the group chat with something that is always current.
Today at a glance
The Today screen shows your next class with its room and teacher, and a live countdown to it. Announcements and upcoming tests sit right below.
One routine for the section
Your CR builds the weekly routine once and everyone in the section gets it. Nobody retypes a timetable.
Changes reach everyone
A cancelled class, a new room, a new time or a class moved to another day: the CR changes it in one tap and the whole section gets a notification.
Tests, quizzes and deadlines
Class tests, quizzes, assignments and exams are posted with their dates and topics, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Reminders that matter
A reminder before every class, and one the evening before a test. A home-screen widget shows your next class and next test.
Works without internet
The routine is saved on your phone, so you can check it on a bus or with no data.
How to get your routine
- 1
Install and sign in
Get the app from Google Play and sign in with your university email or with Google.
- 2
Join your section
Enter the code your CR shares, or search your university's routines and pick your own class.
- 3
Keep only your courses
Taking just a few courses this semester? Add those and hide the rest. Tuition or a club meeting? Add it as a personal class.
- 4
Let it remind you
Reminders and the home-screen widget keep you on time without opening the app.
Are you a CR?
You set the routine up once and keep it right for everyone. That is the whole job, and it replaces the screenshots and the repeated messages.
- Build the weekly routine for your section
- Cancel, move or change a class in one tap
- Post class tests, quizzes, assignments and exams with dates and topics
- Everyone is notified, with no group-chat chasing
